I just thought it would be interesting to do a side-by-side comparison of me at 31 weeks in both pregnancies. I think (and according to my medical records with Noah) I am roughly the same size although it looks like I am carrying higher with Noah. Could be the angle, but I think I was. I'm definitely "feeling it" a lot lower this time around.
i immediately thought your belly looks lower this time around. why is that, do you know? you seem an expert on things pregnancy related ;)
ReplyDeleteSometimes it's just how you "carry" the baby - people like to say if you are carrying "high" you're having a girl and if you're carrying "low" you're having a boy. One of the many old wives tales, in my opinion. :)
ReplyDeleteBut my personal thoughts on why the difference each time for me is likely due to weakened abdominal muscles with having had 2 kids so close to each other.
Yes, you're definitely carrying lower...but still looking just a good! Maybe the baby's position is lateral vs. vertical?
