This was the second time I made these mini cheesecakes. The first time I had meant to take a picture, but forgot (how sad). So for my Mom's birthday on Saturday I made them again and took some snaps. They are by far way easier to make than they look. They are a simple cheesecake with a hint of lemon. For the sauce I just defrosted some blueberries and strawberries and mashed them up a bit to make a sauce. Bon Appetit!
